Slim-in-9-day: Your Questions Answered.

Q1: Why is light exercise important during the Slim-in-9-day program?

Light exercise during the 9-day program can be, for example, 20-minute walk or 30 minutes of yoga or a few sets of body exercise such as sit-ups and push-ups. Exercise helpa removes toxin by activating the lymphatic system. It boosts the effectiveness of all the toxin elimination channels by stimulating  bowel movements (colon), encouraging deeper breathing (lungs), and making us sweat (skin).

Q2: How much water should i be drinking during the Slim-in-9-day program?

The products do a great job of supporting the body at eliminating toxin, and it is our job to flush toxin out of the body by drinking plenty of clean, plain water. we recommend drinking approximately 2.5 litres to 3 litres of clean pure water whether you are on a detoxification program or not.

Q3: Can i drink tea or coffee during the Slim-in-9-day program ?

Coffee, tea or artificially sweetened beverages might interfere with the goals of detoxification and weight loss during the program. Coffee is very acidic and dehydrating. Caffeine taxes the detoxification organs such as liver and kidneys.

Q4: I find myself getting hungry on Day 1 and Day 2. Can I eat salads, an egg or some nuts?

The ideal way to do the Slim-in-9-day during the first 2 days is not to consume anything other than the recommended products. This will produce the most effective cleansing and fat-burning results. Ideal cleansing involves giving the body (especially the liver) a break from the usual digestion.

Q5: I have gastric pain. Can i follow Day 1 & 2 of Slim-in-9-day program?

For those with gastric pain, it is recommended that you skip Day 1 & 2. Start with Slim-in-9-day phase 2 (Day 3 to Day 9) for 9 days, with 600 calories distributed consumption throughout the day to avoid hunger.

Q6: I am experiencing constipation during first few days of the program. Why it is so?

Many changes occur in the body when going through the program. The body detoxification has just begun, and the large bowel movement has just started. Make sure that you are drinking enough water. Fiber and water works together to promote smooth bowel movement.  

Q7: Why do I feel dizzy during the first 2 days of the program?

This is the stage your body is adjusting the blood sugar level. A small percentage of people experiencing dizziness during the first 2 days. If you do not feel comfortable, you may drink Bee Honey.

Q8: Can the 600-calorie diet  in phase 2 be separated?

Yes, you can. For example, you can choose to have 300 calories during lunch and another 300 calories for dinner.
